On May 11-12, 2024, friends from Minnesota reunited in Georgia for a motorcycle ride through scenic locations like Gatlinburg and Clingman's Dome. They enjoyed beautiful sights, food stops, and fun moments, including observing elk in Cherokee. The weekend concluded with a hearty breakfast and a total of 311 miles ridden.
On May 10, 2024, the author rode 84 miles to meet friends, Tracy and Ann, from Minnesota in Georgia's mountains. They enjoyed lunch, explored curvy roads, and visited waterfalls. Later, another Minnesotan friend, Pawlie, joined them, creating an exciting reunion for a planned ride together the next day.
The guest speaker event featured local business owners from The King of Camo, a custom gun shop specializing in firearm customization, laser engraving, and holsters. They shared their inspiring entrepreneurial journey and connections with the community, stating their dedication to serving veterans and small businesses. Their engaging presentation highlighted their unique offerings and customer focus.
