February 2024 Meeting

We had a pretty simple meeting this past month. There was a good number of people still attending but did not compare to January. We did not have a speaker this month, so we just went over some business items and welcomed new members and people who attended the meeting for the first time.

Welcome the New Patch Members

We want to welcome our new members who have earned and been awarded their patches! Find them on FB and other social media sites to get to know them. We are looking forward to riding with them and getting to know them better!

Jon Chavez earned his membership patch and was presented with it this past meeting. Congratulations to Jon, and we are all looking forward to riding with you soon.

Larry Berryhill earned his membership patch and was presented with it this past meeting. Congratulations to Larry, and we are all looking forward to riding with you soon.

First time Visitors

I introduced myself to John and Heather Riordan. This was their first time attending the meeting. They live close to the meeting location there in Cumming so if anyone wants to hit them up for a ride . . . go ahead!!

Jason ‘Puppy’ Case came down to make introductions to the group and hit his first meeting this past month also. Jason is from Cleveland TN and comes down around these parts often.

The Fellowship

Last month, we were busting from the seams with attending members. I think that we hit a new “headcount” record the month of January. I did not get tons of pictures, but enough to share around. It was a good night with many smiles and laughs!

Julie and Jon heading out . . .

I was able to catch Julie and Jon on their bikes heading out after the meeting. They took off heading back to their farm near Athens GA. They love to ride, so this is just an evening stroll for them. Checked in on them to make sure they made it home, and I also was able to send some home an Old-Fashioned Loaf of Sourdough bread with them to enjoy. I had not finished canning up my Apple Butter for the year or I would have sent one of those with them. ❤️
