Running late per usual! Pup-pup waited for me so patiently! ❤️
I headed out of Cumming to go and meet Jason around Cleveland. We were going to ride up to Smoky Mountain HD together. It was really cold that morning, but the sun was abosolutely georgious.
The Ride . . . .
Check out the video from the trip. It was such a fun ride that weekend . . . up there and back! I was heading up to meet one of my best friends in Maryville TN and hang out for the weekend. She had a buddy in Cleveland that reached out and wanted to head that way too. The two of us met along the way north, and took the long way up to see Tiffany.

It was going to be the first cold weekend of the year and I was running late looking for my heated gloves. I just could not figure out where I had put them. After going through the house, like 4 times, and completely unloading everything out of the bags for the second or third time, I finally found them . . . . IN THE BAGS!! LOL.
I met up with Barry and his brother on the way up there and broke off from them when I got to where Puppy and I were meeting. We were going to ride up the gorge and over to Tellico Plains to get to Maryville. It was such a pretty day, but it was still cold!
From Cleveland to Tellico Plains
I followed Pup from Cleveland to Tellico Plains up the Ocoee on Hwy 64 and then got on Hwy 68 from Ducktown to Tellico. The sun was out and it was such a beautiful day that day. It was super cold . . . . I could not handle the gloves though. It was not that cold! 🙂 He started out leading up, but the fun really gets started when I got to lead! hehe.
From the Plains to Maryville
I finally got to lead and I showed him that this lil Shelia could hold her own! Come on Pup Pup! Once we hit Tellico Plains, we stopped for a bit to shake off the cold at the gas station and chat for second. From this point, Pup wanted me to lead us the rest of the way up to Smoky Mountain H-D. Right when we started out there was a car that got in front of us. Stupid Mini-Van. Yes, Yes, I passed it right away . . . . I think that made the ride for him all worth it!
Raw footage of the ride . . . .
I have decided to go ahead and load some of the raw footage to the site for viewing. I keep it and watch it all the time at home, but maybe some others what to watch it too. It can be long, so if you are wanting something shorter, just watch the “Ride” video that is usually at the top of the posts.
I have broken the ride into sections, and combined the footage between those sections. I am going to try to organize the videos on the Biker Babe Mountain Rider YouTube Channel too.
At Bike Week Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson and the Jackyl Show
The show was awesome! It was not too crowded and we were able to hang out and visit the entire day. Jason, Tiffany, Matt and myself had a good meal and then hit the Jackyl show. There were some cool bikes there too . . . keep scrolling!

We stayed for the Jackyl show that evening. The temps really dropped! It was a great show and big turn out! We bunked at Tiff’s for the evening and were going to head back the next day!

Puppy got me out of a pickle!
It was so cold that night after the show. Thank goodness Tiff only lives 5 minutes from Maryville HD. We actually beat the boys home so we parked in her front yard . . . did this to entertain the neighbors too! hehe. The next morning Puppy gave me a push to get out ❤️, my sweet man.

There were a lot of cool bikes at. Maryville Bike Week. I also passed a couple while on the move. I had to brag on them as I always do. Here are the ones that I was able to grab a picture of through this weekend ride!
