2023-03-23 Evening ride after a hard day! (160 Miles)!

Evening ride! Good one and needed after this rough day! Met a little man that brightened up my day more than he even knew! I took off by myself just to let the nerves chill over a hard day. It was a fun ride and I got in about 160 miles from about 4pm to dark. Stop to get a bike to eat and ran into a youngster that was just adorable. I loved the bike! Had to let him have his moment. I am a sucker.

My hero, my McDreamy, of a super hard day. Not everyday you run across people that are willing to interact with total strangers anymore. He was a little shy to start. He bumped into me thinking that I was his momma and he was readying the receipt to his dinner purchase asking me a question, not looking up at all. I patted him on the head and told him I wasn’t sure. Boy, that really caught him off guard. He started waking backwards into another man he was so shocked.

On the way out the door, he had totally warmed up to me by then and petted the tail and got his own photo-op. He was a precious little man. I needed him to help boost me through that little hard spell. Had not had one of those types of “trying” days in a while, but it only took a complete stranger to smile and love something as much as I do to make all the difference! Thank you.

REVER APP!

Took off up Hwy 400 / US 19 from Cumming. Rode into Dahlonega GA. Headed on 60 toward Suches GA on Hwy 60 through Morgantown coming out just east of Blue Ridge GA on 76. Headed east back to Blairsville and over Blood Mountain on Hwy 19 taking me back into Dahlonega. From there I hit 9 and rode it back to Dawsonville. The last BLAST was from Dawsonville to Cumming up 400 after grabbing a bite to eat and meeting my McDreamy.
