Stiletto’s first riding weekend!!

A couple of the ladies came up to the house and stayed the weekend. We rode first with the local North Georgia Mountain Riders Saturday morning and then to lunch in Ellijay, Georgia. Had lunch with a group of friends (NGMR) and then we decided to head up to the Cherohala Skyway. It was about 1 that afternoon.

Headed out, just us girls, for the Cherohala Skyway! Cut though to Tellico Plains, TN Rode over the skyway. Wing this early in the spring there was still some sand / fine aggregate on the rode from freezing temp, mainly where shadows were consistent on the road, and there was a large storm so some wash out was present too. I was glad Lane was leading us, and fast as I move through curves, I probably would have gone down. Came out at Robbinsville, NC and started home. Almost made it. Got dark on us right at the north end of 400 at the Dalonega, Ga and Cleveland intersection. About 310 miles that day! Steak for dinner at the house!

Left Cumming, headed to Helen GA and then over Hog Pin Gap. Came out just outside of Blairesville GA. headed into Suches and over to Blue Ridge. Continuing to McCayesville for lunch at El Rio. It was decent.
